• Realize that time is a myth and there is no time to waste. • Learn how to prioritize your work and learn to break your “To-Do-List” when resources are limited. • Start and end on the fixed time and most importantly, value other people’s timing schedule as well. • Use your email software efficiently by flagging your mails according to the urgency. • Find out where your precious time is being wasted like net-surfing, reading family mails during work time. Try to beat these factors. • Set your specific goals and try to achieve them in any case. • Don’t ignore the role of time management tools like a Day-Timer or an Outlook foe scheduling your priorities. |

| • Don’t think you are the only one on the Earth who is being over loaded with work and have troubles with time management.
• Make a “Sunday Night Strategy Session”. This might seem a bit unfair for asking you to spend a small part of your Sunday night in scheduling your week ahead but trust me it will save your early precious moments of Monday morning. • Lastly, the most important….no matter how small or big your business is. Do hire other people to help you handle some part of your work. • There is no harm if you spend one complete day after every two months to arrange your filing system on your computer. It will save you from lot of hectic, making it convenient for you to lay your hands on what you need. • Get in habit of setting time limits and following routines. It will save you from lot of time waste. |
