No matter wherever you go for a job, first thing you are asked is your work experience? It is a question, which cannot be avoided, but how creative companies handle the answer is the important part.
We see many companies around, which have been in a particular field for decades and have a vast work pool. Such companies are always on a hunt for motivated, experienced employees to bring in more profits to their business. However, I would argue here. In some cases, not having any experience in a particular industry can actually be an asset.
Just for a second, ponder the other side of the issue. When you hire inexperienced employees for your company, they grasp all new things with child like innocence and quickly fit into the mold, you provide them. There are no pre-conceived notions, no biases.
I agree with the downside of training inexperienced employees, where the employer passes through the nerve-racking teaching process, informing about all the nuts and bolts of his business. However, I still believe, training a novice according to your company’s working strategy and approach is a great thing and can be immensely favorable for your business.
So, what do you say, which employees are favorable to hire, experienced or inexperienced?

Nice Article! I really think that experince is not that important. Sometimes you really need fresh talent and people who are expereinced tend to get stuck to the same kind of stuff they do. Fresh graduates (without talent) tend to be willing to learn more and progress faster
