It’s a common approach that the harder and faster we work, the more we get done. However, despite of all the hard work, we fail to achieve our aims….have you ever thought why is it so? This proves that it is the high time to change our approach and our work strategy. Working smartly, with well structured goals is the best way to become an organized and successful businessman.
The ‘work smart’ philosophy says:
"less is better" or let me put it in a creative and simple way:
Getting more done with less is an art,
It’s a quality requiring much heart,
But I must confess

Was to work hard at working smart.
However, I am sure many of you won’t agree with my approach to blame our failure for working hard. Actually, we all believe that the only way to achieve lasting success is hard work. Well, in business world every penny counts and we all are race to be on top in business world. So, with a businessman’s mind the only tip to success that comes to our mind is working hard.

You all will agree that this is a cut-throat and a materialistic world and we need to be smart enough to beat our competitors. But I would like to know which school of thought you belong to – the first believes in working hard for long hours while other follows the theory of “less is better”
